To support your claim, you will need to upload:
• Valid QID.
• Flight and accommodation booking confirmations and invoices.
• Police report that details the nature, extent, and cause of loss or damage.
• Photos, videos, or any other evidence of the accident.
The support team may ask you for more documents to help resolve your request faster.

You can get your police report via Metrash2 in case of minor accidents or by calling 999 in case of significant damages or injuries.

It takes the support team 2 business days to process your travel claim and send you a claim number you can use to track its status.
